Squirrel Hunting Club

So I am starting a squirrel hunting club. And no, Nala you can not be in it. Just because you had a squirrel in your mouth once does not make you a squirrel hunter. And just because you killed that squirrel that one time because you body slammed it, doesn't make you a squirrel hunter either, it just means you are fat. (Okay readers, I am not being mean to my sister, she growls at me all the time, this is just payback.)

So I am starting this squirrel hunting club because 1. I am awesome 2. squirrels need to be destoryed and 3. I am awesome. I am looking for a cool name for this club, any suggestions? We will be meeting every tuesday afternoon in my backyard in my tree fort/cave. It is a perfect spot to spy on squirrels and to hide bones. So bring some snacks for everyone to share if you plan on coming. I will post the meeting's minutes on my blog tomorrow evening. So hopefully we can decide on a name during the meeting.
Well I have to get some rest now, big day tomorrow setting up for the meeting and such. I am going to leave you with this photo I found of some squirrels in training. This is just one of the many reasons why these creatures need to be destroyed.

  1. Just saw a Tweet about the Squirrel Club and thought I'd come on over and find out what's up! I plan to sniff down this Squirrel Club track to find out more...

I notice that you just started blogging, so you probably missed the OWAS (Operation Whack A Squirrel) war that a LOT of Blogger Dogs waged for several weeks back in June.

Some of us have been waging war for many dog years! OWAS ended up getting disbanded, but the squirrel wars go on for many of us. My Dotter even has a Mighty Hunters Award that she gives to those that produce legitimate kills (not just squirrels).

Check out this blog from us in Corgi Country about our "100 DOG years Wars." The blogs around it were mostly about the OWAS Operation. OC Matriarch of the Country Corgis http://countrycorgis.blogspot.com/2009/06/100-dog-years-war.html
